Nova Resin NR2400 [1 Gal Kit]

The mixing ratio for NR2400 is 2 parts Base to 1 part Activator by volume. We recommend installing NR2400 over NP2450 to reduce off-gassing on uncoated concrete floors.

Pre-mix the Base at low speed for 1 minute. If you want to pigment, add E-Tint to the Base.
Add Part B and mix for three minutes until smooth.
Do not mix more material than you can apply in 10 to 15 minutes (the material will begin to harden or become sticky).
Immediately pour all of the mixed NR2400 onto the floor in a continuous line approximately 8 to 12 inches wide. Do not scrape the sides of the container or leave it upside down to drain.
Do not attempt to spread material directly from the bucket or a roller tray.
Wearing spiked shoes, evenly spread 10 to 30 mils by pushing a 1/8" notched trowel along the material line. Overlap previous passes to ensure consistent coverage. Push the trowel at an angle to push excess material sideways, moving across the floor. Then, using a 3/8" non-shedding roller, roll evenly over the trowel passes to minimize application lines and leave an even coat. Do not roll after the material begins to get tacky, as the epoxy will not level and the color may vary.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

NOVA BUILD warrants this product to be free from material defects that affect its performance for a period of one year (from the date of purchase). NOVA BUILD will replace, free of charge, any quantity of siding determined by NOVA BUILD to have failed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the siding. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if NOVA BUILD products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for NOVA BUILD products. The warranty is not transferable.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our 9 am to 5 pm business hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat rate shipping fee for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
