Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 [64 oz Kit]

Surface preparation:
The concrete must be sound, clean, dry, and free of contaminants that could affect adhesion. It must be cured for at least 28 days and sanded to a metallic finish of 80/100, removing loose fragments.
For best results, use a dry scrubber with stiff brushes and then vacuum thoroughly. Do not use a wet scrubber to prevent concrete grout from clogging the voids and impairing the effectiveness of Nova Polygrout NCIPG24. Ensure there is no moisture in the voids to prevent foaming.
Use mild diamond tools (50 grit) to avoid further opening of the concrete.
Detachments and voids (>½”): repair with sand and Nova Polygrout NCIPG24.
Cracks (>1/8”): Clean, vacuum and pre-fill with Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 before coating the floor.


Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 Application Instructions

Mix:
Mix only the amount of material that can be applied in 10-15 minutes.
Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 is mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
Premix or shake Part B before combining.
Ensure the mixture is homogeneous. Do not mix for more than 60 seconds, as this may accelerate catalysis and reduce working time.

Application:
Pour the material onto the floor immediately.
Spread with a smooth metal spatula, notched trowel, stiff flat squeegee, or rubber window squeegee.
Go over the covered area again to ensure all gaps are completely filled.
Review carefully and re-examine any areas that require it.
In some cases, a second coat may be necessary to completely fill the voids.

Sanding and Curing:
Sand off excess Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 to remove gloss and leave a smooth surface.
Under standard conditions (75°F and 45% RH), the surface can be walked on in 20 minutes and sanded in 1 hour.
Lower temperatures and lower humidity slow down curing, while higher temperatures and higher humidity accelerate it.
Always test a small area before sanding to ensure the material is fully cured. Trying to remove it prematurely can leave residue on your tools and cause staining.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if NOVA BUILD products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for NOVA BUILD products. The warranty is not transferable.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our 9 am to 5 pm business hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat rate shipping fee for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
