Improve Coverage by Doubling Up on Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24:
To increase coverage (or "opacity") and achieve a more solid finish, you can double the amount of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 pigment. This would mean using 2 pints of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 for a 3-gallon resin kit, instead of the usual 1 pint.
Example with White and Sandstone Pigments:
For a 3-gallon epoxy resin kit, if you want an opaque finish in colors like White or Sandstone, you should use 2 pints of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 (instead of just 1) to ensure the color completely covers the surface and is not translucent.
Using more pigment improves opacity and provides greater color coverage, which is useful for colors that require a solid base, such as white, for a uniform finish. However, it's important not to exceed the recommended pigment ratios, as too much pigment can interfere with the epoxy resin's curing process.

Pigment Ratio Options:
1 pint per 1 gallon: Use 1 pint of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 pigment per 1 gallon of epoxy resin for high color concentration.
1 pint per 1.5 gallons: Use 1 pint of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 per 1.5 gallons of resin for a medium concentration.
1 pint per 3 gallons: Use 1 pint of Nova Epoxy Tint NEP24 per 3 gallons of resin for a lighter strength.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

NOVA BUILD warrants this product to be free from material defects that affect its performance for a period of one year (from the date of purchase). NOVA BUILD will replace, free of charge, any quantity of siding determined by NOVA BUILD to have failed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the siding. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if NOVA BUILD products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for NOVA BUILD products. The warranty is not transferable.

During the checkout process, enter your address and select the shipping option. Click the "Continue Shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our store.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our 9 am to 5 pm business hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat rate shipping fee for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
